The Catering Halls
The Seabra's Armory Banquet Facility can accommodate all of your event needs--from small private gatherings of 20 guests to large-scale events of 220 attendees.  Here at the Armory, the extraordinary views, nautical ambiance, and sparkling waters of the bay create memories to last a lifetime.

Catering Hall Information

Party Hours:
Events can be up to five hours long. All events must be scheduled to end by midnight.


Room Capacities:

  • Piano Room - Maximum 50 people
  • Admirals Room - Maximum 120 people
  • Easterly Room - Maximum 220 people

Bar Options:
Each party package includes unlimited amounts of domestic beer, wine, sangria, soft drinks, coffee and tea. We also have the following options available:


  • Standard Open Bar
  • Premium Open Bar
  • Cash Bar

Decorations
Our restaurant provides white chair covers and the option of selecting linen colors (included in the package price). Decorations may be set up the morning of your event. Our establishment is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken decorations. We also have the following options:


  • Chair Sashes/Bows(available in a selection of colors)
  • Ivory Chair Covers

Deposits
In order to book an event, a deposit of $300 is required. The remaining balance, which is dependent upon the guaranteed guest count, must be paid two weeks prior to the scheduled event. All payments and deposits are non-refundable.
